Charles "Chuck" Kuebler, 58, was last seen on July 26, 2016, while swimming at Wrightsville Beach, North Carolina. Known for his love of swimming, Kuebler was attempting a pier-to-pier swim when he went missing. Despite extensive search efforts by the Coast Guard and local authorities, he was never found. The search, which included helicopters and boats, was eventually suspended after 37 hours without success. Kuebler’s disappearance remains a mystery, and his case is still unsolved.
