Kenneth Arrowood, 65, was last seen on October 24, 1994, in Black Mountain, North Carolina. At the time of his disappearance, Arrowood was living with physical limitations; he walked with a noticeable limp and typically used a walker to get around, although he did not have the walker with him when he vanished. Standing at 5'4" and weighing around 165 pounds, he had gray hair and blue eyes.
