Yulieth Rubio Guzman, a 1-year-old girl, was reported missing on August 4, 2016, in Miami, Florida. Her disappearance is particularly concerning given her age, and she was last seen with her mother, Nora Guzman de Sandoval, who removed Yulieth and her siblings from the supervision of the Department of Children and Families. Following their disappearance, it is believed that they may have traveled from Miami to the Tampa Bay area and possibly into Mexico.
