Todd Renard, a 28-year-old from Bellingham, Washington, has been missing since February 21, 2017. He was last in contact with his mother on February 20, promising to call her the next morning, but that call never came. According to reports, Todd was with a friend at the time of his disappearance, and his friend claimed that Todd ran off into the woods and never returned.
