Patricia Ann Brown, a beloved 75-year-old resident of Challis, Idaho, was tragically killed in her own home on March 24, 2018. Her death shocked the small, close-knit community where she was well-known and respected.

Mark Wilson, a 53-year-old acquaintance of Brown's, was arrested and charged with her murder. He confessed to shooting her with a .22 caliber rifle. Authorities discovered Wilson at Brown's residence when they responded to a 911 call he made admitting to the crime.
