Lucy Schuhmann was reported missing on Thursday, September 19, 2019, after she did not return to her vacation rental in the Coral Bay area on St. John, VI. Her rental vehicle was located on Friday, September 20, 2019 in the Salt Pond area of the Virgin Islands National Park. A backpack belonging to Schuhmann was located near the edge of a cliff at the top of Ram Head Trail inside the park.
