At the time of her disappearance, she was wearing a red, blue, and white striped blouse and blue jeans. Rivas is described as being 5'3" tall and weighing 130 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes. She has a tattoo of "Wendy" on her neck and another tattoo of a flower with "Wendy" on her upper arm.
She usually wore long hair extensions.
Conflicting reports exist regarding the exact date and location she was last seen. Some sources indicate she was last seen between 4:00 and 5:00 PM on May 17. Other reports state she was last seen at approximately 6:30 PM on Monday, May 18, 2015, near The Ice Cream Shoppe in the Sunny Isle Shopping Center. Her family reported her missing on May 20, 2015.
