Hannah Upp was last seen the morning of Thursday, September 14, 2017, leaving her home in the East End (Pillsbury Heights) ) of the island of Saint Thomas in the US Virgin Islands. It was in between Hurricane Irma and Maria. Her car was found on Sunday, September 17, at Sapphire Beach. In her car was all of her Identification, credit cards, passport, phone, money, all her valuables and all that would identify her was left behind.
