Cortez Blassingame, a 27-year-old male from Cincinnati, Ohio, was tragically killed on December 24, 2002. The incident occurred on Kentucky Avenue in the West End neighborhood of Cincinnati. Cortez was shot at approximately 1956 Kentucky Avenue, and despite efforts by law enforcement, his case remains unsolved.
