Terrance Owensby, a 41-year-old African American man from Cincinnati, OH, tragically lost his life on May 25, 2021. Owensby was shot in the chest around 2:30 p.m. near the intersection of Ohio and West McMicken avenues in the Over-the-Rhine neighborhood. He was quickly transported to the University of Cincinnati Medical Center, where he was pronounced dead.
