Graciela P. Garcia, a 49-year-old mother and business owner, was last seen on November 8, 2019, in Hermiston, Oregon. A well-known hairstylist in her community, Graciela owned and operated the Careyes Beauty Salon from her home. On the evening she disappeared, she had made plans to bring food to her teenage son who was with his father. However, she never arrived.
