Carmen Forsythe, a 20-year-old woman, was last seen on June 15, 2015, in Salem, Oregon. At the time of her disappearance, Carmen was living a transient lifestyle. She reportedly left Oregon with three unidentified homeless men, heading toward California. After arriving, Carmen contacted her aunt, confirming that she had reached her destination safely and was planning to travel to Chico, California.
