Norma Jane Cavilee, 43, was last seen in Salem, Oregon, on September 3, 2015. She was reportedly planning to move to Grants Pass, Oregon, but never arrived and has not been heard from since. Norma may have boarded a bus from Eugene around the time of her disappearance, although no ticket was confirmed in her name. Witnesses recall that she may have been carrying a backpack and a large black duffel bag.
