In the late summer of 2015, a 43-year-old woman named Norma Jane Cavilee vanished from her life in Salem, Oregon. Known to some by the nickname 'Stormy,' Norma was last seen in the city in early September of that year. At the time of her disappearance, she stood between five feet and five feet one inch tall, with a slender build, weighing between 115 and 135 pounds.
