In Pine Bluff, Arkansas, the disappearance of 57-year-old Toney L. Bishop has left his family and community searching for answers. He was last seen by relatives on March 14, 2020, on Utah Street. Standing between 6 feet and 6 feet 1 inch tall and weighing around 145 to 150 pounds, Toney is described as a Black male with graying hair, brown eyes, and a noticeable thick mustache. He is also known to wear eyeglasses.
Concern for his well-being grew when family members were unable to contact him between March 27 and March 30. This prompted them to request a welfare check from the Pine Bluff Police Department.
