In the late spring of 2024, a man named Kevin Twan Parks seemingly vanished from his life in Pine Bluff, Arkansas. He was last seen on the evening of May 25, 2024, at approximately 10:00 p.m. near the intersection of Princeton Pike and Jewell Road.
