Tarie Price, an 8-year-old girl from Gretna, Nebraska, went missing on June 11, 2020, during a family outing at the Schramm Park State Recreation Area along the Platte River. Tarie, her mother, and a few other children were playing on a sandbar when she became separated from the group. Tragically, she was reportedly swept away by the river's strong current.
