Matthew Patton, a 30-year-old man from El Cajon, California, has been missing since December 10, 2020. On the day of his disappearance, he was last seen leaving the Sycuan Casino around 7 p.m., walking towards Dehesa Road. Patton had been gambling at the casino after meeting up with a friend earlier at Viejas Casino in Alpine the day before. At the time of his disappearance, he was wearing a white Nike hoodie and dark jeans.
Patton, described as being between 6'1" and 6'2" tall and weighing 240-250 pounds, has brown hair and was believed to be on foot when he was last seen. Despite extensive efforts by the San Diego County Sheriff’s Department, there have been no significant leads regarding his whereabouts. His case remains open, and authorities are asking anyone with information to come forward to aid in the investigation.
