Elijah “Bear” Diaz, a 20-year-old Native American man from El Cajon, California, was last seen on August 29, 2015. He had Type 1 diabetes and was in poor health due to complications such as neuropathy, which caused severe foot wounds. Bear required insulin and daily care.
