In the winter of 1998, a 26-year-old man named Chad W. Steiner vanished, leaving behind a life and a series of unanswered questions. The last known sighting of Chad was on January 31, 1998. At the time of his disappearance, he was on the Mississippi Queen riverboat, which was navigating the waters between Norco and Donaldsonville in St. Charles Parish, Louisiana.
