Altomease Sallet, a 37-year-old woman, was last seen on the night of June 28, 2001, when she left her job at the Cady Bag Company in Pearson, Georgia. She never made it home and has not been heard from since. Her vehicle, a car with the keys still inside and the window down, was discovered abandoned on the evening of July 2, 2001, along Highway 64 north of Pearson. The car was facing away from town, with no signs of foul play inside.
