Ciera Breland, 31, was last seen on February 23, 2022, in Duluth, Georgia, before her disappearance became a multi-state investigation. Ciera was visiting family with her husband, Xavier Breland, and their infant son when she vanished. Surveillance footage captured her at her mother-in-law’s home in Johns Creek the next day.
