Virginia Lee Shmiganowski, a 37-year-old woman, was last seen on September 30, 2020, at a homeless shelter in St. Paul, Minnesota. At the time of her disappearance, she was described as a white female, 5 feet 6 inches tall, and weighing approximately 150 pounds. She has blue eyes and a distinctive tattoo on her right arm of the Tasmanian devil with the words "Wild Child." The color of her hair at the time she went missing was unknown.
