Xing Li, a 31-year-old man from the Dyker Heights neighborhood of Brooklyn, was last seen on April 22, 2021. Li, who is deaf and cannot speak, left his home on Fort Hamilton Parkway and 76th Street around 9 p.m. that night. He was reported missing two days later by his family.
