In the spring of 2021, a sense of unease settled over a family in the Dyker Heights neighborhood of Brooklyn. On the evening of April 22nd, 31-year-old Male Xing Li was last seen leaving his residence on Fort Hamilton Parkway and 76th Street at approximately 9 p.m.. When he did not return, and two days had passed without any contact, his family reported him missing, sparking concern for his welfare.
