Bethany Ruby Bower, a 38-year-old woman from Newton, Illinois, was last seen on July 24, 2021. She left her residence that day with all her belongings, including her dog. However, just two days later, on July 26, her dog and her purse, containing her credit cards, were found on her front porch, but there was no sign of Bethany.
