In the early spring of 2023, concern began to grow for Morgan Elaine Spencer, a 33-year-old woman who had been navigating the hardships of life on the streets of Chicago. The last confirmed contact with Morgan was on March 11, 2023. Known affectionately as 'Moo' or 'Moo Tan' to her loved ones, her disappearance has left a void filled with worry and unanswered questions.
