Morgan Elaine Spencer, a 33-year-old woman from Chicago, has been missing since March 12, 2023. She was last seen in the Lawndale area of Chicago. Known affectionately as "Moo" by her family, Morgan is described as 5'9" tall, weighing approximately 105 pounds, with light brown hair and hazel eyes. Her family has been actively searching for her, and her disappearance has been a matter of deep concern, especially as she was struggling with addiction at the time she went missing.
