Matthew Kalange, a 25-year-old man, was last seen on August 16, 2021, in Missoula, Montana. His vehicle, a gold Lexus, was later found abandoned on Highway 200 near Ovando, Montana. A note was left on the windshield stating, "RAN OUT OF GAS, PLEASE DO NOT TOW! God Bless, Matt." It is believed that Kalange may have tried to walk towards nearby towns like Ovando, Lincoln, or Helmville to find fuel.
