Joseph Patrick Breen, a 23-year-old man from South Boston, was last seen on the night of November 12, 1979. He left his home that evening but never returned, and has not been heard from since. At the time of his disappearance, Breen was described as 5'6" tall, weighing around 140 pounds, with black hair and hazel eyes. He was wearing a blue jacket, a white shirt with red trim, a green sweater, and blue jeans. He also had a distinctive scar on his right arm and went by the nickname "Joey."
