Frank Velazquez, a 50-year-old resident of Belmont Cragin in Chicago, Illinois, has been missing since March 1, 2024. Velazquez is known to frequent the Humboldt Park area and the vicinity near West Division Street and North Springfield Avenue. He stands 5-foot-6, weighs around 140 pounds, and has grey hair and brown eyes. Velazquez is also known to have a tattoo of the Puerto Rican flag on his neck.
