Kalvin Howell, a 13-year-old boy, was last seen on January 23, 2016, in the Albany Park neighborhood of Chicago. He is biracial, identified as both Black and Hispanic, and has a distinctive scar on his left eyebrow. At the time of his disappearance, Kalvin was approximately 5 feet tall, weighing around 100 pounds. He was last seen wearing a black hat, a blue winter coat, and dark clothing.
