Theodore "Ted" Patlak, a 22-year-old man from Chicago, Illinois, was last seen on December 15, 1980. That day, he stopped by a relative’s home near the intersection of Irving Park and Pulaski. After asking for a glass of water, he left the residence and has not been seen or heard from since.
