In the early morning hours of September 11, 2019, 28-year-old Jose A. Felix-Venegas disappeared under mysterious circumstances in Chicago, Illinois. He was last seen by a friend at an apartment building located on the 2600 block of South Hamlin Avenue. The evening began with Jose and his friend visiting a club before they went to the apartment with two other men they had just met.
