William Klosinski, an 80-year-old man from Chicago, Illinois, was last seen on June 26, 2013. Klosinski, who suffered from Alzheimer’s disease, disappeared from his home in the city’s Gladstone Park neighborhood around 3 p.m. that day. Despite his cognitive condition, he was known to remember his name but may not have recalled his home address.
