Jose Salinas, a 33-year-old man from Chicago, Illinois, was last seen on March 15, 2007. He was described as standing between 5'8" and 6'0", weighing around 220 to 235 pounds, with black hair, which was thinning or balding, and brown eyes. On the day he went missing, he was wearing a baby blue jogging suit, a red shirt, and white Nike sneakers. He had several tattoos on his chest and forearms, including the names "Salinas" and "Guero," along with a scar on his upper left chest.
