Frank William Brunel, age 52, was last seen around January 1, 1994, in Clearlake Oaks, California. Although the specific circumstances of his disappearance remain unclear, he was not officially reported missing until 2013. At the time of his disappearance, Brunel worked with blue-green algae (cyanobacteria) in Northern California and Oregon. There are suspicions that foul play may have been involved, as Brunel was reportedly owed a substantial sum of money, which may have contributed to his
disappearance.
Brunel stood 5'10", weighed about 165 pounds, and had blond hair with blue eyes. He also had a distinctive burn scar on the right side of his face.
