Thomas Michael Thurston, a 19-year-old man, was last seen on November 7, 2005, in Ukiah, California. He had gone on a camping trip to the Cow Mountain area with a friend. On the night of his disappearance, around 2:00 AM, Thomas asked to borrow a flashlight to go to the bathroom outside their tent. After he left, he did not return, and despite the friend’s efforts to search for him, Thomas was never found.
