Timothy Scott Strand, a 62-year-old man, was last seen in St. Cloud, Minnesota, on May 8, 2019. Strand, who had a transient lifestyle and was sometimes homeless, went missing after leaving the rural Wright County residence where he had been staying. His disappearance was not reported until June 17, 2019, by a concerned family member. It was noted that Timothy frequently kept in touch with his mother, so his prolonged absence raised concerns within his family.
