Keon Lewis, aged 35, was fatally shot on May 8, 2016, in Chicago, Illinois. The incident took place in the Uptown neighborhood, where Lewis was riding in a vehicle on Lake Shore Drive. Reports indicate that another car pulled up alongside and opened fire, striking Lewis in the lower back. The attack caused the vehicle he was in to crash into a pole.
