Isabella Kalua, a 6-year-old girl from Waimānalo, Hawaii, was reported missing on September 12, 2021. Her adoptive parents initially claimed she had been last seen asleep in her bed at their Puha Street home around 9 p.m. the night before. When they checked on her the following morning, she was gone. Despite extensive search efforts involving local authorities and volunteers, no trace of Isabella was found in the immediate aftermath of her disappearance.
