Noquisi Ama Blossom, 15, disappeared from Makawao, Hawaii, on October 18, 1995. She had moved to Hawaii with her mother and siblings just a few months earlier in June 1995, after spending her childhood in various states, including Washington, Florida, Vermont, and New Mexico.
