In June of 2022, concern settled over a family when they were unable to get in touch with 58-year-old Robert K. Chapman. A resident of Tulsa, Oklahoma, his daughter grew worried after not hearing from her father and made the decision to report him as a missing person on June 12, 2022. At the time he went missing, Robert was described as a Black male with black hair and brown eyes, standing at 6 feet 1 inch tall and weighing between 191 and 241 pounds.
