In the spring of 2024, concern began to grow for the well-being of 64-year-old Jack Leroy Scott Jr., a resident of Tulsa, Oklahoma. The last confirmed contact with Jack from the Tulsa Police Department was on April 24, 2024. A reporting party later informed authorities that they had not personally spoken with him in approximately two years, adding a layer of uncertainty to the timeline of his disappearance.
