At the time of her disappearance, she was living in or visiting the area, possibly staying with her father. Cynthia, also known by the surnames Stalans, Fisher, and Mace, stood between 5'3" and 5'6" and weighed around 170 pounds. She had blonde or strawberry-blonde hair and blue eyes.
