Terry Zubko was a resident of Sault Ste. Marie, Ontario and had been a patient of the North Bay Psychiatric Hospital. Terry left the hospital on July 21, 1982, at 10:00 AM. It is unknown what his diagnosis was at the time, however, reports indicate he suffers from amnesia that requires medication. He was last seen at the North Bay Psychiatric Hospital (which became the Northeast Mental Health Centre, before being torn down in 2013)
