Dean Mortensen was reported missing on January 24, 1992, after he failed to attend his classes at the University of Alberta in Edmonton, Alberta. Dean was last seen by his friends leaving the on campus bar, The Ship. They parted ways with him within 200 metres of his dorm room at the St. Joseph's College that night.
