Russell Hoffert was a voluntary patient of the North Bay Psychiatric Hospital, Highway 11 North, in North Bay, Ontario. Mr. Hoffert walked away from the hospital grounds, in poor winter like weather and was not properly dressed for the conditions. He has not been seen since.
