Jacob Hoggle, a 2-year-old boy from Gaithersburg, Maryland, was last seen on September 7, 2014. His mother, Catherine Hoggle, who suffered from schizophrenia, took Jacob and his sister, Sarah, without returning them to their father. Sarah was last seen a day earlier, on September 6, 2014.
