Jeffrey Robert Bloomer, a 55-year-old man from Burlington, Iowa, was reported missing on March 15, 2019. His vehicle was discovered that morning, still running, on the Great River Bridge on Highway 34 over the Mississippi River. Inside the car, his keys were found, but there was no sign of Jeffrey. He was last seen wearing dark gray sweatpants and a gray jacket. Despite efforts to locate him, including searches by local law enforcement, there have been no significant developments in his case.
