Steven Ray Leasure, 52, was last seen on May 2, 2015, in Burlington, Iowa. He was reported missing after being seen riding his blue GT bicycle, which was later recovered on June 9, 2015, near Lake West in northwest Burlington. Despite extensive searches of the lake and surrounding areas, no trace of Leasure was found until June 2016, when a decomposed human foot was discovered near the lake's spillway.
