The circumstances surrounding Sebastian's disappearance point to an alleged parental kidnapping by his mother, Zoe McLellan, who is an actress known for her roles in "JAG" and "NCIS: New
Orleans". A felony warrant for kidnapping was issued for McLellan on May 14, 2021. The Los Angeles County District Attorney's Office's Child Abduction Unit is actively seeking both Sebastian and his mother. There is speculation that they may have left the country and traveled to Canada.
