Reinaldo Hernandez Galvez, a 77-year-old man, was last seen on December 23, 2019, in Los Angeles, California. Galvez, who lived in an assisted living facility for individuals with mental illnesses, left for a walk and never returned. He has not been heard from since. Standing 5'9" tall and weighing 186 pounds, he has black hair and black eyes. Due to his mental health condition, Galvez is considered a dependent adult, which raises concerns about his ability to care for himself.
